Head of Business Development / COO

As COO you will help us plan out and execute the transition from working with early customers to a highly scalable, no-touch, SaaS platform. As part of this role you will be involved in a comprehensive set of projects across strategy, business process, fundraising and finance.

ReadyCode currently focuses on modding support, but our vision goes well beyond that. We have ambitious plans to create new game monetization channels and to enable collaboration between games on a level that hasn't been seen before. Responsibilities

  • Working hand in hand with the Head of Product to strategize and plan out best go-to-market strategies and best growth tactics in the short to medium term.

  • Collaboration on long-term startup strategy and overseeing our progress along key metrics and goals.

  • Setting up lean and efficient company processes, especially relating to remote communication, 

  • Fundraising, establishing and maintaining investor relations.

  • Setting up recruiting workflow and running recruiting process for the non-technical roles such as in sales, marketing, etc.

  • Setting up onboarding workflow and running onboarding for non-technical roles.

  • Building a positive image of the startup inside and outside (including on social media)

Requirements

  • Experience in building or managing start-ups (necessary condition)

  • Professional experience in positions related to the management of diverse teams of people and areas of the company's operations

  • A well-developed managerial and entrepreneurial toolbox.

  • Excellent understanding of modern management standards, especially including lean & agile methodologies.

  • Understanding of the inner workings of a startup both from a legal, fundraising and business points of view.

  • Great communication skills.

  • Multitasking and the ability to quickly adapt plans and in a dynamic startup environment.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English (necessary condition)

  • Experience in setting up an efficient and scalable company structure

  • Interest or professional experience in the gaming industry
