As Sales Director you will be responsible for executing our customer acquisition plan. You will work your way from the existing base of customers and prospects to a comprehensive sales process and strategy. You will be also responsible for building and scaling our sales force, however at the very beginning you will work on your own.

ReadyCode currently focuses on modding support, but our vision goes well beyond that. We have some exciting ideas around product development, marketing and prospecting and we hope you will help us realize our vision. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business prospects to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets. 

  • Meet with clients to discuss future opportunities and present key findings. Identifying, pitching and closing upsell opportunities.

  • Building long term client relationships by being the first point of contact to continuously support them. 

  • Evaluate trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management to discuss strategy.

  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and materials.

  • Creating relevant presentation materials

Requirements

  • Proven record of building strong client relationships

  • First class communication and presentation skills

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service for a technical product 

  • Ability to establish strategic alliances with key decision makers, internally & externally, to enhance services to suit customer requirements

  • Ability to handle complex customer needs.

  • Experience in project management

  • Gamedev passionate

  • Excellent spoken and written English
